Hello Friends and Colleagues of CTS!

It is with great enthusiasm that we announce our new “look” for CTS, highlighting the evolution of our firm, including a refreshing twist on our name that now truly reflects our firm’s unique, hands-on approach and the significant impact we have on our clients, as well as in our community, every day.

As we near our 15-year anniversary and look ahead to the next 15 years of our continued growth, we are proud to announce our new name, CTS Impact. With impact at the forefront of our hands-on business model, we have updated our name, logo and website to reflect this essential part of our identity.

CTS Impact is a new look, but it’s still the same “us.” Same hands-on, real-world experience in Finance & Accounting, IT and Human Resources. Same commitment to excellence in client service. Same practical, roll-up-our-sleeves, collaborative approach to helping our clients and our community. Please visit our new website to catch up on our most recent news and events (and team photos!).

Since the firm was founded in 2002, CTS Impact has always been about making a significant impact:

Each year, CTS Impact is proud to sponsor and serve on the Host Committee for the Chicago Foundation for Women Annual Luncheon, featuring game-changing keynote speakers such as Billie Jean King, a civil rights pioneer for equality and iconic athlete, as well as other prominent leaders. CTS Impact hosted staff and clients including William Blair, RPAI, and Guggenheim Partners.

As a member of the Host Committee for CFW’s Annual Luncheon, CTS Impact successfully raised a record-breaking $1.2 million for Chicago Foundation for Women͛s mission to help women and girls who lack economic security and opportunity, freedom from violence, and equitable access to health care and services.

Don’t miss YWCA Metropolitan Chicago’s 44th Annual Leader Luncheon! As Host Sponsors, the CTS Impact team will welcome over 1,200 guests, including staff and clients, to this power luncheon.

The theme of this year’s event is ‘Hometown Heroes’, to honor 5 outstanding leaders who use their skills, passions and influence to change lives in our city and beyond, including Valerie Jarrett, Jennifer Pritzker and Jessica Malkin.

Julie Scott is serving as the Leader Luncheon Co-Chair for this year’s event. The YWCA Leader Luncheon will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2016, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.

CTS Impact President Addresses Growing Demand for YWCA Services in Video

As Director Emeritus for the YWCA, Julie Scott recently was interviewed to discuss her role as an advocate for women and families in need, and the importance of giving back to help others.

With a mission to empower women and eliminate racism, YWCA implements advocacy and local programming to create large-scale change in our community through economic empowerment, support services for victims of sexual and domestic violence, and other related programs.

Scott Speaks at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Graduation

As President of the University of Illinois College of Business Alumni Association, Julie Scott was honored to speak at each of the convocation ceremonies for the 2016 College of Business graduates, and to welcome them to the U of I Business Alumni Association, consisting of over 60,000 business alums worldwide. Three convocation ceremonies were held to confer degrees for undergraduate students, as well as Masters and PHD candidates.
