Hello Friends and Colleagues of CTS!

It is with great enthusiasm that we announce our new “look” for CTS, highlighting the evolution of our firm, including a refreshing twist on our name that now truly reflects our firm’s unique, hands-on approach and the significant impact we have on our clients, as well as in our community, every day.

As we near our 15-year anniversary and look ahead to the next 15 years of our continued growth, we are proud to announce our new name, CTS Impact. With impact at the forefront of our hands-on business model, we have updated our name, logo and website to reflect this essential part of our identity.

CTS Impact is a new look, but it’s still the same “us.”  Same hands-on, real-world experience in Finance & Accounting, IT and Human Resources. Same commitment to excellence in client service. Same practical, roll-up-our-sleeves, collaborative approach to helping our clients and our community. Please visit our new website to catch up on our most recent news and events (and team photos!).

Since the firm was founded in 2002, CTS Impact has always been about making a significant impact:

  • Impact on our clients working side-by-side as an extension of our client’s team at Fortune 1000, middle-market and emerging growth companies,
  • Impact on our amazing staff in our collaborative and flexible team culture and learning from each other in innovative and fun ways, and

The country’s senior-most female State Attorney General discussed her office as Attorney General and how she has worked on the challenges of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking in Illinois, including through passing landmark legislation to address rape and campus sexual assault.

Founded in 1980, CFE is an invitation-only organization with over 230 members who are senior women leaders in finance across Chicago’s public, private, and non-profit business community. CFE has been named one of Chicago’s eight most exclusive business clubs by Crain’s Chicago Business.
